How we publish

Editorial policy

BujaShuttle publishes practical travel information for people planning a visit to Bujumbura and Burundi. We are a Bujumbura transport and concierge business, and we retain editorial responsibility for every guide carrying our name.

How we research

Our guides combine our operational knowledge of visitor transport with primary, authoritative sources. For entry rules we point to Burundi's immigration authority; for health advice, the World Health Organization and national public-health authorities; for aviation, the airport or civil-aviation authority; and for attractions, Burundi's National Tourism Office and site operators. Source links appear in the relevant guide so readers can verify time-sensitive claims.

Updates and corrections

Guides display a reviewed date. We revisit them when an official source, transport condition or service detail changes. Entry, health, weather, schedules and price information can change quickly, so readers should confirm those details with the linked authority before travel.

To report an error, email support@bujashuttle.com. We investigate material corrections and update the page rather than silently leaving advice we know is outdated.

Commercial disclosure

BujaShuttle sells airport transfers, private transport, concierge services and experiences. Our guides may link to those services. We identify our own offers clearly, and a commercial link does not replace direct confirmation with the relevant Burundian authority or service provider.

Editorial responsibility

Our research starts with primary sources and local operational knowledge. Sources and factual claims are checked, and BujaShuttle remains responsible for everything it publishes. We do not present desk research as personal experience or invent first-hand testing.
